This election year, we the people of the United States can unstack the system by demanding Congress pass the Partnership of Ordinary People Undermining Lobbyist Influence for Societal Transformation Act of 2026 (“POPULIST Act”). Legislation written by the people, for the people, means that lobbyists can’t get their dirty fingers all over it… if Congress delivers, our 250th birthday will truly be a cause for celebration.

A draft version of the POPULIST Act will be published here on January 15, 2026; it will be refined throughout the year and then offered to Congress with a demand for preelection passage.
